  • Dimensions and weights are approximate and may vary slightly by piece.
  • Custom or handcrafted items may have minor variations that reflect their artisanal nature.

SECTION 3 — PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Diamonds Jewelry reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time of checkout is the final confirmed price for your order.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout.
  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your full card details.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and notify you promptly.
  • Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SECTION 4 — ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

4.1 Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This confirms receipt of your order, not acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other reasons, at our sole discretion.

4.2 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped or processed for custom work. To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately at support@diamondsjewelry.com.

Custom-made or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Diamonds Jewelry ships worldwide. Estimated delivery times and shipping rates are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and chosen shipping method.

  • All orders are fully insured during transit.
  • Orders are shipped in discreet, elegant packaging befitting our brand.
  • Diamonds Jewelry is not liable for delays caused by customs, carrier disruptions, or events beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery confirmation.
  • Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Diamonds Jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer the following policy:

6.1 Eligible Returns

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition with all packaging and documentation intact.
  • Items must be free of scratches, alterations, resizing, or any signs of wear.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry.
  • Items marked as final sale at time of purchase.
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
  • Gift cards.

6.3 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

SECTION 7 — WARRANTY

All Diamonds Jewelry pieces come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, or neglect.
  • Loss or theft of gemstones resulting from improper care.
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.
